National Symbols-Fact about National flag of India

The cloth of National Flaf of India is :Khadhi

The National Flag of India was designed by Pingali Venkiah

The first person to raise Indian flag was Madem Bhikjaji Rustom Cama in 1907.

Colors used in the National Flag are Saffron,White and Green

Saffron color signifies courage and sacrifice .White signifies truth and purity.
